Refund Policy

Straight up — all sales are final. We don't do returns or exchanges. Here's why, and what happens if something goes wrong.

All Sales Are Final

We deal in limited sneakers, luxury streetwear, and one-of-a-kind pieces — once it's sold, it's sold. We can't take returns or offer refunds after you've paid and we've shipped.

That said, we show you exactly what you're getting. Check the photos, read the condition notes, and if anything's unclear, ask us before you buy. We'd rather answer ten questions than have anyone walk away unhappy.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order shows up damaged from shipping or we sent you the wrong thing, that's on us. Hit us up within 48 hours at support@bounitnyc.com with your order number and some photos. We'll make it right.

Authentication

We check every single item by hand before it ships. If you ever have a concern about authenticity, reach out immediately — we take that seriously and we stand behind everything we sell.
